  Why in the world would you have a I cleaned & checked the restrooms list and at 7 am a co-worker and I both experienced the same result
  at the same time. We went to use tissue paper and both stalls had no paper. Neither of us could clean ourself sufficiently. We were at the mercy of paper towels. The manager didn't look a bit surprised. Well ma'am I'll talk to the guys. Like it was not and issue. I said, sir both stalls were empty, are you telling me that from 10pm till now you had a mad rush of women come in and use up all the paper here at 7 am? Ma'am I'm sorry I'll take care of it. The stalls are to be checked hourly yet they hadn't been touched or checked since 10pm and it's 7:15am. Okay
